Michelle has been involved in business from a very early age, working
the family business and running a successful business with her
husband. As a consequence, she has a keen understanding of the

Karyn joined our team in 2008. She is driven to
support business owners, and focuses not only on businesses
obligations, but also on their internal operations management,
through a hands-on

Bryan James has vast experience not only in accounting but in various
trades and occupations over a career spanning over 30 years.
He was the
founding partner of a previous BRW top 100 firm and has
ranging from retail, importing and primary production.
With his extensive experience and knowledge, Bryan is interested in assisting
clients grow successful and extraordinary businesses using accounting and
business mentoring strategies.
Bryan’s interests lie with golf, wine making, watching his family grow and

Rebecca has been with BJT Business Advisors since founded and
over 15 years practical experience working with small to medium
business, as well as a specialised interest in self managed superannuation funds.

and advisory services to a broad range of clients.

Working with BJT Business Advisors since the firm’s inception in 2007,
Joan has worked in various areas of accounting since 1979.
Dealing with small to medium sized businesses ranging from farming
to retail to engineering, Joan has gained valuable experience and insight
into various businesses and their operations.
Interacting with clients on a daily basis not only on compliance
matters but also bookkeeping and software issues allows Joan
provide assistance and advice on both a professional and personal basis.
Carolyn has worked within the accountancy industry for the past 20 years
and works with business and small individual traders as a bookkeeper and
client service manager. During this time she has developed an understanding
of both the needs of the client and business obligations. Through her hands-on
approach she has gained extensive knowledge in bookkeeping software
commonly used by clients, for example QuickBooks, MYOB and Xero.

She has maintained a regular client base, with clients from a wide variety of industries
which she assists in bookkeeping duties, business liabilities and office procedures.
